Chilly at the Lodge provides a 10' x 10' outdoor space; vendors may not exceed their allotted space. Electricity is not available.
Vendors are limited to a maximum of three (3) team members.
Vendors must supply their own equipment.
Vendors are responsible for meeting state and local sales tax requirements.
Vendors will accept their own payments.
Ready-to-eat food sales are not permitted.

Should the organizers cancel the event, 100% refund of registration fees will be offered. Refunds are not available for any other purpose.
Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from the event.
Your application for space will be reviewed. Approved applicants will receive an invoice via e-mail to complete your registration.
