Chilly at the Lodge provides a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' outdoor space; vendors may not exceed their allotted space.  Electricity is not available.

Vendors are limited to a maximum of three (3) team members.

Vendors must supply their own equipment.

Vendors are responsible for meeting state and local sales tax requirements.

Vendors will accept their own payments.

Vendors may not sell or give away ready-to-eat food or drinks.

The following are not permitted on the grounds:

• Open fires

• Charcoal

• Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances

• Smoking

• Vehicles or trailers

• Generators

Should the organizers cancel the event, 100% refund of registration fees will be offered.  Refunds are not available for any other purpose.

Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from the event.

The Chilly at the Lodge vendor market is intended for vendors offering products and/or services or advertising businesses or organizations providing products or services.  Your application for space will be reviewed; event organizers reserve the right to decline any application.  Approved applicants will receive an invoice via e-mail to complete your registration.
